It's as if Michael Myers got a wild hair and decided to go on "Queer Eye for the Straight Psychopath."
The site in general is all about "Crossdressing fun with lycra, rubber masks, and boots..."
Indrid makes no distinctions between humans based on their proclivities, therefore cross dressing-eh, so what?
But...the masks. Don't you shiver a bit?
A market for these masks is definitely out there. Enough of one that Kerry, the "straight, 41-year-old male crossdresser" who owns the website and designs the masks takes Visa and apparently tours on occasion. Today (August 29, 2003,) through Tuesday there is even some convention in the big city near Indrid's roost where some jolly lycra wearing folk will be selling these masks.
These masks present the always interesting conundrum of whether you'd like to do the blowup rubber doll or just do a real person and make them LOOK like a life-size sex toy.
Or a corpse. Heh. (always the raised talon in salute to Weirdlinks for rooting out such truffles in the dense forest of the web.)
In other news, some of the relatives are doing well. Very soon the movie Jeepers Creepers 2 will open, further depicting the antics of one of Indrid's less savory cousins. It's a shame cousin Creeper couldn't have found a better script, but the family has to keep itself in the business somehow. Either way there are some wonderful shots of the classic Cold leathery wing, a bit of human eating, the usual.
Cousin Creeper's gone Hollywood, but he did want to drop a line to you all and wish you a happy labor day.
