In case you wondered, evolution is a process that does not cease. With the help of random mutations and photoshop, it appears there are still some incredible leaps in the life of species on this planet ahead of us.
That said, there will always be, I think, something both fundamentally evil, and fundamentally good in human nature.
Not to say that sometimes we don't go astray as a species-great wars I think prove this. We even lead our companion species into our own strange pursuits, however unwittingly on their parts.
It is safe to say, though, in the end, that like any virus, we will perhaps mutate out of existence.
