"Parents are responsible for the care and welfare of their children and must ensure their basic medical, emotional and psychological needs are satisfied."

Just for the next time you think raising your whelps is all about feeding them and ensuring they stay alive. The boy kept knives to ward off his demons. By 12 the filth was too much, the degradation at the hands of his peers too much.

Moral of the story; EVERYONE is a monster.
